With the change of the world's economic structure,the shipping price fluctuates,the competition of the international ship market is fierce.In 2017,Chinese shipbuilding completions,new orders quantity,and hold orders were ranked the first in the world.Under the new pattern,a large number of shipyards in the process of the transformation of development are experiencing a transformation of shipbuilding technology and product structure,contracting to build more kinds of products to improve their competitiveness.Simulation technology is more and more used in ship building research.The software can simulate the actual shipbuilding system and make the research of construction period under low cost and high efficiency.eM-plant has the characteristics of object-oriented control flexibility,inheritance and layer structure,which can be applied to the design modeling simulation of complex manufacturing system.It is of great significance to analyze and optimize ship construction system.There have been a lot of Simulations based on eM-plant that have been used to model the ship's manufacturing process,most of them were focused on the ability of assembly line.This thesis use the eM-plant to research and analysis on the construction process that blocks assembled on platforms and erected in the dock,mainly made the following work:(1)According to the shipyard production schedule,calculate the platform field resources and crane load between the transition of the production.(2)To establish a production model based on the actual product plan of the shipyard,the production site,the labor,the power of the crane.(3)Model simulation results are used to study and analyze the shipyard construction period,identify production risk points,optimize and verify.The research conclusion and optimization plan of this paper will provide reference basis for the shipyard's actual production system,and put the production plan and labor allocation into actual production,which is of great significance for the shipyard to complete the construction of the shipyard on schedule.
