In the severe situation of fossil energy depletion and natural environment pollution,the clean and efficient use of energy not only affects national security,but also directly affects the development of human society and long-term stability.In this context,the efficient use of solar energy as a clean energy is an important way to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on the 100 kW AE-T100 NG gas turbine unit,a hybrid solar micro-turbine system is constructed,and the analysis and evaluation of the design and optimization of a micro-turbine system incorporating solar energy are made by comprehensively utilizing the thermodynamic performance analysis method and the environmental analysis method.First of all,the sensitivity analysis of the important parameters of the micro gas turbine unit is carried out.Considering that the compressor,combustion chamber and gas turbine of the original unit are carefully designed and the parameters are matched,it is necessary to evaluate the impact of parameter changes on the system after the introduction of solar energy.The adjustment and optimization of the unit after adding solar modules provides an important reference.Secondly,considering the use of existing gas turbines to form a hybrid solar micro-turbine power generation system,due to the addition of a solar collector heater,the flow capacity and parameters of each component will not match.However,this article discusses the method of directly borrowing existing units.The performance of the hybrid solar micro-turbine power generation system and the limiting factors affecting performance are analyzed.Through the simulation modeling of the solar micro gas turbine system,it is pointed out that during the energy saving transformation of the 100 kW gas turbine system,the core factors limiting the increase in output power are the flow capacity of the burner and the pressure ratio of the compressor.The experimental system construction of the system and the optimization and matching of system components provide important references.Finally,according to the established hybrid solar microturbine unit model,the environmental analysis of the unit and its components is performed.The results show that the introduction of solar energy can significantly reduce the system environmental impact.From the perspective of environmental impact,this paper provides a direction for the design and optimization of each component of a hybrid solar micro-turbine unit.
