Research On Optimal Design Of Underground Commercial Space In Metro Zone Based On Evacuation

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,large and medium-sized cities are facing many problems,such as resource shortage and traffic congestion.The development and utilization of underground space is conducive to the construction of threedimensional ecological city.Large-scale construction of metro brings new opportunities for the development of underground space,and also promotes the development of underground commerce in metro zone.Underground commerce is mostly concentrated in the core area,with a large population density and scale,while the space is closed and narrow,less natural lighting,less number of entrances,and there are large potential safety hazards.Once a fire occurs,it will produce a trend of spread and development,and easily lead to group stampede events,resulting in serious casualties and property losses.In this paper,the underground commercial space is taken as the research object and its spatial characteristics are taken as the research background.Based on the theory of safe evacuation and the influencing factors,the optimization of underground commercial space is discussed based on the evacuation problem.Firstly,the general situation of underground space development and the development status of rail transit in China are summarized,and the development status of underground space and underground commerce in subway stations and the research status of underground commercial evacuation are briefly described.Secondly,the relationship between metro station and urban space is summarized,and the advantages,limitations,commercial development mode,vertical connection mode and connection form of underground commercial space in metro area are analyzed.This paper analyzes the disaster characteristics of underground commercial space,combs related safety evacuation theories,and summarizes the influencing factors of evacuation.Finally,based on the evacuation influencing factors,the evacuation passage are optimized by using Pathfinder as a technical tool.The evacuation angle of the layout of the building,the design of the building light environment,the building marking system and the space of the core node are proposed.Building design optimization strategy.
