| Spectrometer is a scientific instrument that decomposes complex light into spectral lines and measures the wavelength and intensity of light.It is widely used in chemical composition detection,remote sensing,microscopy,product testing and other fields.Traditional spectrometers produce broadband spectra by scanning.However,wavelength scanning process has a poor temporal resolution when a transient spectral analysis is required.Broadband direct-reading spectrometer is the result of transient spectral analysis.It has the advantages of high temporal resolution,large operating waveband range,transient measurement,and plays an important role in some fields that requires enough light intensity by long-time exposure,or that requires dynamic spectrum capture,such as astronomical detection and biological microscopy.The existing broadband direct-reading spectrometers mainly have three approaches: the echelle grating spectrometer,the composite grating spectrometer or the slicer mirror spectrometer.The combination of the slicer mirror and the composite grating divides the waveband into several sub-band and then disperses,and finally images the monochromatic light onto the area array detector.Due to the large field of view of the system,aberration correction is especially important and will affect the performance of the spectrometer.Based on the analysis of the slicer mirror and the One-Slicer-Mirror(OSM)spectrometer,this paper proposes a design method of the Two-Slicer-Mirror(TSM)broadband direct-reading spectrometer based on sliced aperture.Two slicer mirror can effectively compensate and correct aberrations in the spectrometer.The innovations of this paper mainly include the following points:1.Propose a TSM broadband direct-reading spectrometer based on sliced aperture.Two slicer mirrors are respectively used as the collimating mirror and the focusing mirror to divide waveband into several sub-waveband windows.The blazed wavelength of the composite blazed grating corresponds to the center wavelength of each window,which improves the diffraction efficiency.An area array detector receives the spectrum of the entire waveband in one exposure.2.Discuss the design method of TSM broadband direct-reading spectrometer and design a spectrometer system.The focusing slicer mirror can correct aberration by adjusting the sagittal radius and the position of its toroidal sub-mirror.The spectral resolution is 0.15 nm at a wavelength of 600 nm and better than 0.5 nm over the wavelength range of 200 nm to 1000 nm.3.Propose a method of complex surface modeling and dynamic calling by ZEMAX,which realizes the user defined extension of the slicer mirror.The number,size and deflection angles of the sub-mirrors can be set by calling the dynamic linked libraries.4.Analyze the machining error of slicer mirror.The tolerance range of the cutting size and radius of the slicer mirror is discussed in a TSM microscopy spectrometer. |
