System Testing Of CCD Spark Direct Deading Spectrometer

In this paper the testing theories and methods of unit testing, integration testing and system testing in the research testing process were studied. And the testing experiments of CCD spark direct reading spectrometer were used to demonstrate the testing methods.Direct reading spectrometer is currently the most mature metal analysis instruments, with the advantage of fast, accurate and low detection limit. It also can analyze the nonmetal elements, like carbon, phosphorus and sulfur. So it couldn't be replaced by other kind of instruments in metal analysis field. Direct reading spectrometer's development is mainly to the improvement of source and has a process of development from the fire source, DC and AC arc source to high and low voltage spark source. From the detector it can be divided into based on photomultiplier tubes (PMT) and based on CCD detector. The direct reading spectrometers with PMT must have a large radius to make the different lights separated, also have a large volume and costly. But by using CCD detector, the direct reading spectrometer has the full spectrum, smaller volume and good market prospect.At present, research of CCD spark direct reading spectrometer was at its initial stage in China. And the research about testing methods of CCD spark direct reading spectrometer was also lagged. Therefore the development of CCD spark direct reading spectrometer and it's testing theory have an important significance. This thesis based on the research of CCD spark direct reading spectrometer, researched the testing methods of unit testing, integration testing and system testing of direct reading spectrometer. I had done some experiments under the guard of the testing methods. Finally, I found that the testing methods could do well to the testing work. The following is the main content of the thesis.Firstly, there was an introduction to the development of direct reading spectrometer and the meaning of the research of direct reading spectrometer.Secondly, some testing theories and the characteristic of V model and W model were introduced.Thirdly, after introduced the the principle and structure of direct reading spectrometer, I gave the testing project of direct reading spectrometer.Fourthly, I made an introduction to the testing methods of optical devices and photoelectric devices. Under the guard of these methods, I made some detailed testing projects and tested the responsibility of UV coating CCDS and the diffraction efficiency of gratings. The testing methods were proved to be available and current.Fifthly, I researched the characteristic of integration testing and the testing methods of integration testing in direct reading spectrometer. Using the CCD spark direct reading spectrometer as the example demonstrated the feasibility of the testing mothods.Sixthly, I researched the characteristic of system testing and the testing methods of system testing in direct reading spectrometer. Using the CCD spark direct reading spectrometer as the example demonstrated the feasibility of the system testing mothods.Finally, I made a summing-up of the works on this article, also the contents and the ways of the research on the testing work of direct reading spectrometer.
