In recent years,the fabricated building design has achieved some positive results in the field of architectural design in our country,but the deep-seated contradiction caused by the traditional architectural design mode is constantly emerging,and the development of the fabricated building is seriously restricted.The construction of new type of fabricated building design has become an inevitable trend of the development of the times.There are many factors that affect the quality,efficiency and cost of assembly architectural design.Taking the housing project as an example,this paper takes the housing project as an example to identify the process pattern problems that affect the building efficiency,and proposes to use the parallel theory to optimize the design,and to use BIM technology to assist the parallel theory to construct the framework system suitable for the assembly housing design.Around this goal,the research carried out in this paper is as follows:(1)First of all,the literature research method,questionnaire survey and other analysis methods are used to analyze the problems existing in the assembly architectural design,and to sort out the existing problems in the assembly architectural design.The main problems are summarized as organizational structure level,personnel level,process level and technical level.(2)Secondly,on the basis of the investigation of the current situation of the application of prefabricated architectural design,combined with the literature research method and Delphi method to identify the 14 influencing factors that cause the problems of prefabricated architectural design.In order to ensure the accuracy and moderation of the influencing factors,the professional and technical personnel engaged in the prefabricated architectural design project were investigated by questionnaire,and 10 main influencing factors were selected by using the magnitude of the influence degree of the influencing factors.Then we use the expert interview to sort out 10 factors in the application of the assembly architectural design process,and finally get 5 factors that affect the assembly architectural design process.(3)Thirdly,using the experience of the parallel design process of the advanced manufacturing products,and using the key elements in the parallel theory to improve and optimize the influence factors analyzed in the previous chapters,the parallel design pattern of the fabricated building is constructed;and in order to ensure the smooth application of the parallel design operation,Build a parallel design organization team,citing BIM technology as a technical support and building a collaborative management platform.(4)Finally,through the case of the assembled architectural design project,the application value of changing the serial design pattern to the concurrent design pattern is verified,and some suggestions for the improvement of the design application of the project are put forward.Based on the design process,the team setting,the technology application and the collaborative management,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the application of the fabricated building design,so as to improve the application value of the fabricated building design and provide the theoretical basis for the design improvement of the design units.
