| Currently, Chinese aerospace enterprises has lots of shortages in product assembly link, such as, primitive assembly technique, low level of automation, low assembly efficiency. In the light of specific model, ‘××× enterprise’ raised up detailed technical requirements. This paper according to the technical requirements, made a survey about the process of products assembly, analyzed the structure of serial mechanism and parallel mechanism, composited the advantages of the series and parallel mechanisms, devised a series-parallel integration platform, did some detail finite element analysis and kinetic analysis by relevant software. This integration platform changed traditional mode of thinking, it is aimed at saving manpower and material resources, supplying a new direction for product assembly efficiency.Firstly, this paper did some research on assembly fixture that using by domestic and overseas enterprises, pointing at the assembly problems of domestic enterprises, raised up the integrative assembly thoughts. And this thesis synthesized the disadvantages and the advantages of the series and parallel mechanism, composited the advantages of two mechanisms, combined with the demanded workspace and picked up the serial-parallel mechanism, on the basis of theoretical configurations, builded statics and kinematics model, with the goal of optimal force, did some structure majorization, drew the picture of work space, established detailed three-dimensional model by PROE, and basing on the three-dimensional model, completed every transmission system’s design, selection and checking jobs.Secondly, this article finished kinematics simulation of the relevant model. It draw the curves of every link’s force and stroke on limit conditions by simulation software, verified the correction of theoretical model, counted the force of hooke joint. In order to satisfy with operating requirements, accomplished the whole stressed parts strength and stiffness calculated by finite element, chose the suitable material, computed the flatness of those key connections by getting some points, and did some adjustments to improve the key parts, verified the designed of structure reasonable.Finally, designed the essential calibration scheme and electrical control scheme for the series-parallel integration platform, bulided the model of standardization, confirmed parameter identification method. |
