| In this paper,the research on the main components of industrial mineral powder and industrial acetic acid synthetic organic environmentally friendly road snow melting deicers,calcium acetate magnesium salt(CMA),and the optimization of the preparation conditions by single factor optimization and orthogonal test optimization method.Compounded the CMA to obtain 3 different CMA type environmentally friendly snow melting deicers.Taking the traditional chloride salt deicing agent as control,the effects of three different CMA environmentally friendly snow melting deicers on asphalt performance were studied by means of asphalt penetration,softening point,ductility and infrared spectroscopy.The effects of three different CMA environmentally friendly snow melting deicers on aggregate performance were studied by means of aggregate crushing value and aggregate and asphalt adhesion test.The effects of three different CMA environmentally friendly snow melting deicers on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture were studied by means of asphalt mixture rutting test,trabecular bending test,freeze-thaw split test and anti-slip test.Through the on-site melting ice and snow test,the spreading time,spreading amount and spreading frequency of the organic environmentally friendly road snow melting deicers were obtained.Research on the influence of CMA environmentally friendly snow melting deicers on the surrounding soil quality and water quality.The effects of different snow melting deicers on plants were studied with wheat seeds and lobular boxwood.The comprehensive research results showed that the organic environmentally friendly road snow melting deicers has a good melting snow performance;Theperformance of asphalt,aggregate and asphalt mixture were changed after different snow melting deicers affected;The three CMA environmentally friendly snow melting deicers have minimal impact on the surrounding soil quality and water quality;The three CMA environmentally friendly snow melting deicers have far less impact on plants than traditional chloride salt deicing agents. |
