The Application Of Regional Culture In Landscape Planning Of Rural Complex

The topic of this thesis is the application of regional culture in the landscape planning of rural complex.According to the author’s investigation,with the promulgation of the No.1 Document of the Central Committee in May 2017,as an effective means to solve the urban-rural dual contradiction at the present stage,the construction of the rural complex is in full swing throughout the country.However,through the investigation and analysis of the first batch of pilot areas in these countries,the problems have also appeared one by one,and the more prominent one is the “heavy agriculture and light literature” in planning.For example: the “flowery fruit alley” pastoral complex in Qianxi County,Hebei Province based on the characteristic water and fruit industry;the Zhejiang Huaxing “flowery garden” garden complex with high-end flower and wood agriculture as the leading industry,etc.The industry is driven by the core.Due to the small number of domestically completed complexes at this stage,even the excavation of regional culture has been exhausted.Due to the large scale and the different agricultural industries in different regions,they are able to attract passengers and achieve success.If it is developed to the later stage,the closer the region is,the more the agricultural industry will converge,and the extent of the exploration and utilization of regional culture will be the key to stand out in the “homogeneous” pastoral complex.Therefore,the author believes that in the design of the pastoral complex,we must not only focus on the "comprehensive body"-the research on the comprehensive operation and management of the means of realization,but also the in-depth analysis of "the pastoral" to realize people’s pursuit of culture and beauty..The author is based in Fujian Songxi Meikou Village as the project site.In the early stage of the project,the author first clarified the concepts and relationships between the idyllic complex and the regional culture,and understood the classification of regional culture and the means of realization of the idyllic complex.On this basis,the paper analyzes the excellent pastoral complexes at home and abroad,and summarizes the design methods for the extraction and transformation of regional culture,namely,continuation,transformation and innovation.Finally,combined with the results of the existing resources survey in Meikou Village,the specific strategies and designexpressions of the rural complex landscape planning in the three aspects of regional social environment,regional natural environment and regional human environment are obtained and applied to the Meikou pastoral complex.In terms of layout,road network system layout,building placement and landscape design,a set of design techniques based on regional culture and a compact rural complex was developed.
