| The smooth operation of public transportation system directly affects the efficiency of urban traffic operation,and the inefficient use of public transportation resources is the crux of urban traffic congestion.Therefore,priority is given to the development of public transportation in urban transportation system,which corresponds to the national policy requirement——public transport priority.In recent years,the development of intelligent public transportation system has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of urban public transportation.How to accurately and efficiently analyze the massive and multi-source public transportation data,how to quickly and accurately identify the operation status of public transportation system,and how to improve the effectiveness of public transportation management and decision-making have become a key issue for the development of intelligent public transportation systems.The composition of urban public transport system is becoming more and more complex.The normal bus transit resources are abundant but disorderly and bus operation faces multiple pressures from inside and outside the public transportation system.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to promote the diagnosis of bus operation efficiency based on the analysis of multi-source data and to link with bus satisfaction research and optimization of network organization to explore strategies for improving bus operation efficiency.In this paper,based on the bus multi-source data,acquisition and feature analysis work is completed,which lay a foundation for bus operation efficiency diagnosis.Then the structure of the evaluation system proposed in this study is explained,and the index system of bus operation efficiency diagnosis is constructed from five dimensions of travel structure,infrastructure,operation status,level of service and system security,and the calculation methods and value principle of each evaluation index are introduced.On this basis,the Delphi method is used to determine the index weights of each indicator,and the calculation method of bus operation efficiency diagnosis is put forward.Finally,the effectiveness diagnosis method is applied to the evaluation of public transportation system in the center of Yichun,so the bus efficiency diagnosis is completed.Aiming at solving the problem of low bus satisfaction in the current situation,this study considers the impact of passengers’ social and economic attributes,subjective and objective perception indicators of public transport services on passengers’ satisfaction,and then establishes a more objective and comprehensive evaluation mechanism for bus passengers’ satisfaction.On this basis,combined with the fitting results of the generalized ordered Logit model,it is studied whether each index has an impact on passengers’ satisfaction.In order to further obtain the degree of influence of each index on passengers’ satisfaction,the concept of marginal effect is introduced to realize the improvement of bus passengers’ satisfaction caused by the adjustment of quantitative description of indicator.At the same time,the satisfaction evaluation method is applied to the bus satisfaction analysis of the center of Yichun,and the bottleneck factors that restrict bus passengers’ satisfaction are identified.The optimization direction of satisfaction improvement is pointed out,which has positive significance for the network organization optimization.Based on the research on bus operation efficiency and satisfaction evaluation,aiming at the problems existing in the current public transportation system and with the goal of improving bus operation efficiency,the improvement measures of bus operation efficiency is studied from the aspect of network organization optimization to achieve the purpose of improving bus operation efficiency,which mainly include cluster-based function class of bus network and implementation measures of bus network organization optimization,and supplemented by station support,protection of road rights priority and bus scheduling optimization.Finally,taking the optimization of bus network in the center of Yichun,Jiangxi Province as an example,the optimization of bus operation efficiency based on the optimization of bus network organization proposed in this study was applied,and the effect of effectiveness improvement is evaluated,which shows that the improvement effect of bus operation performance is remarkable. |
