In the process of continuous development of smart substation,the application of communication technology is also wider.According to the characteristics of smart substation network structure,this paper analyzes its information security risks,possible types of attacks and their influence.MMS,GOOSE and SV are the three main communication message protocols of smart substation.According to the principle of network security protection,the program of information security reinforcement is analyzed.This paper studies the network layer security and application layer information security protection methods,and analyzes the application method of national cryptographic algorithm in smart substation to improve the information security.This paper designs the reinforcement program of MMS message in the smart substation,and carries out the security reinforcement of the MMS message from the transport layer and the application layer.The reinforcement of the smart substation transport layer is achieved through the TLS security protocol process.This paper studies and analyzes the security reinforcement program of MMS message application information.This paper applies the national cryptographic algorithm to the security reinforcement of MMS message,which can improve the real-time performance of information transmission.Then,this paper designs the reinforcement program of GOOSE and SV message in smart substation,and researches security optimization according to GOOSE message and SV message structure.This paper applies the national cryptographic algorithm to security reinforcement of smart substation.The HMAC and digital signature enables the information security reinforcement program to realize the integrity authentication and source identity authentication of GOOSE and SV message.In this paper,the dynamic key mode is applied to the smart substation security reinforcement,and the method of dynamic key is researched to improve the information security.In this paper,the component of the transmission time of smart substation message is studied.The computational time-consuming of the security reinforcement program is calculated.The network delay of the security reinforcement program is simulated and analyzed by OPNET software.The smart substation communication network is simulated.The structure and transmission mode of the substation message are set to simulate the transmission process of the smart substation GOOSE message,SV message and the TLS process of MMS message.In the network of star,ring and double ring structure,research of security reinforcement program is carried out,and the network delay condition and communication traffic are analyzed.The reinforcement program of smart substation improves the security of the message communication process and has better time performance.
