Study On Risk Management And Countermeasure Of Electricity Charge In Power Supply Enterprises

For a long time,China's power supply industry is mainly operated by the state monopoly,and the state operates electricity generation,power supply and distribution by itself.Electric power industry is a typical traditional monopoly industry,facing the pressure of social regulation,technological shock and intensified competition among industries.Electricity tariff is the sales revenue of power supply enterprises and the final result of power marketing.It is an important task of power marketing to strengthen the management of electricity charges and reduce the risk of electricity charges recovery.For power supply enterprises,the normal recovery of electricity charges is the premise to ensure the development of enterprises,but also the source of power for enterprises to carry out market expansion.Electricity charge recovery in power supply enterprises not only affects the economic benefits of enterprises themselves,but also affects the material life of residents and the sustainable development of national economic system.It is an important link with economic and social benefits.Based on the theory of risk management and the development characteristics of power supply industry,this paper specifically analyses the situation of electricity sales,the current situation of electricity fee management,the problems existing in electricity fee management,the causes of formation and the necessity of risk management of electricity fee recovery,and constructs a risk management framework of electricity fee recovery.Through the analysis of risk identification,risk analysis,risk assessment,risk disposal and monitoring,power tariff management in power supply enterprises has an intensive understanding.This paper takes the AA power supply business department of J city as a case study.Firstly,according to the calculation results of the entropy method,it is found that the AA power supply business department has higher risk of electricity charge recovery compared with other business departments of J city.In addition,the entropy method is further used to analyze the electricity fee management of different power supply stations in AA power supply business department of J city from January to December 2018.It is found that the risk of electricity fee recovery in AA power supply business department generally has regional and seasonal characteristics.Based on this,this paper uses the methods of customer classification management,customer management risk control,risk control of nuclear power fee copying,risk control of electricity fee recovery,and risk control of power supply and consumption contract,and puts forward the risk control method of electricity fee management based on AMI technology.Under the guidance of the perfect electricity tariff risk control system,company should use the perfect electricity tariff risk control framework to carry out specific operations,continuously collect effective electricity tariff risk data,regularly carry out risk assessment,construct a diversified payment system,and develop diversified payment methods...
