Quality Evaluation Of Urban Underground Space Development And Utilization

In recent years,land resources have become increasingly urgent,and the relationship between people and land has become increasingly tense.The horizontal development of land development space has been limited.It has continued to develop from the ground to the ground.The contradiction between supply and demand in urban space has become prominent,and more urban space is urgently needed to meet various development needs.Underground space development,as an organic part of China's urban construction and transformation,can solve land tension,ease traffic congestion,and improve living environment and urban infrastructure,thereby improving the city's structural functions and public service levels.This article summarizes the existing urban underground space development related experience and accumulated technology,based on the characteristics of humanized needs of underground space,based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,based on physiological needs,safety needs,social justice and aesthetic needs4 At various levels,establish an evaluation index system for the quality of urban underground space development and utilization.From the three aspects of underground space development and utilization,quality evaluation,satisfaction analysis,and willingness to pay evaluation,the fuzzy underground comprehensive evaluation method,structural equation model,CVM condition extreme value method,and field investigation are used to take Hangzhou underground space as the actual research object.To conduct comprehensive empirical analysis on the development and utilization of urban underground space,and actively explore its optimization path and collaborative governance schemes to provide theoretical basis and practical support for the sustainable development of urban underground space in the future.The results show that:(1)The quality of Hangzhou 's underground space development and utilization,and the evaluation and rating to meet physiological,psychological,social justice and aesthetic needs are all H2;(2)satisfaction with physiological needs and aesthetic needs Degree has a greater impact on overall satisfaction,and safety needs satisfaction and social fairness and justice satisfaction have less impact on overall satisfaction;(3)The economic value of Hangzhou underground space is RMB 79605.11 million per year,and the per capita willingness to pay(WTP)is RMB 81.18 per year.Finally,it is concluded that the research on the development and utilization of underground space in China should focus on four aspects of research:(1)the subject system and research paradigm of underground space;(2)the study of the connection between underground space functions;(3)the research of underground space information;4)Research on humanization of underground space.
