| Electricity is closely related to the development of various trades and the livelihood of human beings,since it’s essential to the industrial manufacturing and the construction of infrastructures.Power companies have provided service to clients in traditional ways for a long time.For example,the payment of electricity bill can only be handled in service halls.These traditional ways are low-efficient.At the information era,power companies should change traditional service mode and improve their service level.The development of “Handheld Power APP” is an important way to achieve this goal.In this paper,the construction process of the “Handheld Power APP” based on IOS system is described in detail.Firstly,Based on a deep understanding of the daily business process of power companies,this paper defines five main functional requirements of the “Handheld Power APP” according to the extracted user needs,which are the logging in,electricity consuming management,electricity consuming service,black out management,and electricity knowledge management,respectively.The design of APP system consists of three parts,which are the segment of function module,detailed design of function and the design of database.The modules of the “Handheld Power APP” are divided into login authentication module,power management module,power service module,power failure management module and power knowledge management module.Then,the flow chart is used to design each function module in detail in order to clear the processing process to guide the development of the system.At the same time,the security protection system is built for the “Handheld Power APP” from the application security and host security and other aspects.Next,the “Handheld Power APP” is built according to the preliminary design.After comprehensive consideration,We choose J2 EE platform and SQL Server 2012 database as server development technology.The mobile terminal is built in the IOS platform and we use SQLite database for data storage.In order to solve the communication problem between the server and the mobile terminal,we introduce the third-party Gateway Technology http protocol,and use XML as the data carrier.The interaction between mobile terminal and server can be realized by combining the two.As for power outage short message notification,we use the combination of short message sending technology and blocking queue technology to ensure the efficient and orderly sending of short message of the “Handheld Power APP”.Finally,in order to deploy the “Handheld Power APP”,we launched function test,performance test and security test.We have comprehensively tested the “Handheld Power APP”,and confirmed that its function,performance and safety are in line with the requirements through the test.At present,the handheld power APP based on IOS has been completed and deployed.According to the feedback data,it can be known that this APP can reach the requirements of shortening service handling time,reducing the operation cost of electric power enterprises and improving clients’ satisfaction. |
