| In recent years,China’s urban rail transit system has made great progress, especially in the subway. With the construction of subways around the country, people’s enthusiasm for the subway is increasing. The Driver Display Unit(DDU)as a bridge for drivers to interact with the subway TCMS system is receiving more and more attention, but DDU’s The localization rate is not high, and the software for simulating the subway driver is relatively lagging. This article takes this as a background, fully integrates the laboratory hardware equipment, and develops a subway driver simulation driving display unit for simulating the subway traction, braking and running process. This paper first integrates the existing equipment in the laboratory, introduces an embedded microprocessor, and develops a simulated driving control system based on STM32F407 microprocessor. It is the basis of DDU software design. The system has traction control, brake control and door control, data acquisition and transmission functions can fully utilize the test platform equipment to simulate the traction, braking and running process of the subway driver operating the train.Based on this, this paper focuses on the development of the subway driver simulation driving display unit based on Qt software, completes the design of the main driving interface, and can display the current train running speed, station information, distance information, door control information, system connection information,The train information and operating status information also provide the driver and train interaction interface;the serial communication system design is completed, which enables the DDU to seamlessly integrate with the simulated driving control system;the passenger information system and the message log system are also designed. Finally, this paper develops a remote monitoring system for subway operation data, which can remotely obtain train operation data in real time, which is convenient for staff to monitor the running status of the train. At the same time, the system can also be used for remote data backup and operational data analysis. |
