The Research Of Strategic Navigation Method And Application Of Innovative Industrial Clusters

In today’s knowledge economy,technological innovation has become a key element in the development of the country and industry.Industrial clusters are a key driver of a country’s competitiveness.Industrial clusters are undergoing a transformation from cost-driven to innovation-driven.Innovative industrial clusters are a new model for cluster economic development and an advanced stage for industrial cluster development.Innovative industrial clusters can effectively strengthen cooperation and exchanges between enterprises,reduce operating costs,enhance innovation capabilities,and promote the transformation and upgrading of regional economic development models.Therefore,scientific planning,factor integration and state improvement of innovative industrial clusters are an important research topic.Based on the theory of innovative industrial clusters and PDCA cycle theory,this paper proposes a strategic navigation method for innovative industrial clusters.From innovative industrial cluster planning,industrial chain resource integration,cluster development status assessment and improvement countermeasures,the innovative industrial clusters are cyclically sustained.Management to promote the healthy and sustainable development of innovative industrial clusters.Innovative industrial cluster planning includes industrial chain analysis and industrial technology roadmap construction.In the process of industrial chain resource integration,this paper constructs a potential investment target evaluation index system and potential recruiting target measurement model,and accurately identify cluster innovation elements from the perspective of patent information,and embedding patent navigation analysis method into the enterprise innovation roadmap,assisting to enhance the enterprise’s innovation ability and promoting business investment;this paper uses the Torch Center innovative industrial cluster evaluation index system to evaluate the cluster development status and select the benchmark cluster for comparison and propose improvement measures.In addition,based on the intelligent automobile industry cluster,this paper conducts an experimental study on the proposed strategic navigation method of innovative industrial clusters,and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.Based on the strategic navigation method of innovative industrial clusters,this paper designs and implements the prototype system of strategic navigation support platform,including the multi-source knowledge base,expert discussion,potential investment and recruitment target evaluation index calculation and enterprise patent navigation multi-dimensional report analysis.The problem has been solved to further improve the efficiency of strategic navigation decision-making in innovative industrial clusters.
