With the in-depth exploration of space by humans,large space structures such as solar sails,solar arrays,and space antennas are becoming Increasingly widely used.As an important part of it,Space film inflation deployment mechanisms are developing towards smaller volume,lighter weight and more reliable working condition.Therefore,It is of far-reaching significance to master its dynamics.The large-size stretchable film and the inflatable pod bar studied in this paper are important components of the Space film inflation deployment mechanisms.In view of the dynamics during the development of the mechanism,this paper summarizes the research progress at home and abroad and the process of inflating the film structure,then carry out the numerical simulation of the inflatable unfolding process of the membrane structure.The main research contents are as follows:First,this article discusses the basic theory.such as restart,component contact problem,hourglass problem and control volume method in the process of film inflation deployment.Then,after comparing several folding method,the software LS-DYNA is used to fold storage the large size film,and the model was calibrated.Finally,the rationality of the inflating was verified.After that,the important Components of inflatable development mechanism,such as Air column,nylon hook,bean pod are established by LS-DYNA,and the dynamic performance of individual components are verified.Then,using the restart function,the inflated deployment structure is flattened,crimped,and inflated in a stepwise operation..Then it analyzes the influence of different velcro failure force and different inflation mass flow on the inflation deployment process,and determines the reasonable velcro failure force and inflation mass flow interval,which provides reference for the selection of the actual velcro and inflation device.Subsequently,the development process of the overall spatial structure is simulated and analyzed,and the modal analysis of the model under the working state is carried out,and the fundamental frequency and vibration mode of the structure are obtained.Finally,this paper has made a summary and outlook,and has combed and planned the existing problems and the work to be carried out in the future.
