Recently,the problem of environmental pollution is getting more and more serious,Almost all countries in the world are vigorously promoting new energy vehicles.With the exception of energy-saving and environmental protective,Electric vehicles also has many shortcomings,such as short of cruising range,high price of battery and the infrastructure of EV charging is incomplete PHEV is favored by the market because of its low fuel consumption and no Range anxiety problem.The development of vehicle controller is the core of the whole PHEV development.The quality of the vehicle controller influences directly the dynamic characteristic and fuel economy of the vehicle.This paper redesigned a dual-motor,dual-clutch hybrid vehicle power system based on the standard i-MMD hybrid system on a conventional fuel vehicle.The PHEV vehicle controller is developed using the model-based "V" development process commonly used in automotive engineering development.At the beginning of modeling,we need to set the performance index of PHEV,and complete the parameter matching and selection of each key component of the whole vehicle power system based on the basic parameters of a domestic fuel vehicle corrected according to the actual situation.On the MATLAB/Simulink platform,a combination of experiment and theory is used to build a key component model of the vehicle power system.PHEV vehicle control strategy is the focus of vehicle controller development.Because the logic threshold energy management strategy is practical,stable,and easy to implement,this method is used to design the energy management strategy of PHEV in this paper,and the boundary conditions of the energy management strategy are set according to engineering experience.Based on MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow vehicle energy management model is established.The vehicle model is simulated to verify that the vehicle model meets the design requirements.According to the functional requirements of the vehicle controller,the MPC5634 M chip is selected as the main control chip of the vehicle controller.The minimum system and peripheral circuits are designed around the main control chip.The controller PCB circuit board is designed according to the anti-interference design principle.Purchased electronic components and produced a physical circuit board.According to the AUTOSAR architecture of the road vehicle functional safety ISO26262 standard,the vehicle controller software is layered and sub-module designed to complete the development of the vehicle controller application layer software.The software is integrated and downloaded to the vehicle controller,and connected to the hardware-in-the-loop test platform for experiments,which verifies that the design of the vehicle controller is feasible.
