A plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (Plug-in-HEV, a plug-in hybricelectric vehicle) is in a hybrid vehicle technology development, its key feature is having an external charge hybrid system. The vehicle multi-energy controller (VCU) is a power-train controller is the plug-in hybrid car core control component, through the acquisition of theaccelerator pedal, brake pedal signal and other components, and make the corresponding judgment after controlling for lower parts controller action, drive the normal running of the automobile.For in a plug-in hybrid electric bus based on actual demand conditions, vehicle speed, throttle opening, vehicle acceleration, the intent of the driver, road gradient andeconomic optimization control strategy, realize vehicle multi energy controller reasonable calls available dynamic system, in order to achieve a higher energy utilization rate; rational deployment of engine, motor, gear box, battery working in optimal workingpoint, ensure its long service life; reasonable control the engine, motor, gear box, battery working in optimal work environment, guarantee its efficiency; reasonable interpretation of the assembly work state, complete fault diagnosis and broadcast function; and the instrument data communication, real-time transmission of vehicle state information, convenience for drivers in real-time monitoring, and real-time response to a driver’s driving demand.Development of the vehicle energy control system, puts forward the upper, middle, the bottom of the three layer structure of the control system, in the process of rapidprototyping, and after testing the accuracy of control strategy after the completion of the VCU product design, the vehicle multi energy controller has been completed the test, good effect, realize the vehicle above30%the saving rate.
