There is only one earth,lose it,where we go to find our home.Our government has adopted the way of developing new energy vehicles to solve energy and environmental problems,and the main measures to achieve sustainable development and new energy vehicles development are the only way for our country to transform from a big automobile country to a powerful automobile country.BYD Company formally entered the automotive industry by acquiring Qinchuan Automobile in 2003,relying on lithium battery technology and mastering the electrical control technology of motor,and became the leader of new energy vehicles in China.This paper takes BYD Company as the research object,which not only has significant representativeness,but also provides beneficial reference for the developing SMEs in the industry.In-depth study of the new energy automotive industry,and at the same time to study the relevant literature,determine the content of this study.This paper summarizes the current situation of BYD's investment in new energy vehicles,and expounds the company's current investment strategy.This paper focuses on a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research on the investment effect of BYD new energy vehicles using Harvard analysis framework.The success of the company's new energy vehicle investment strategy lays a strong foundation for the next strategic deployment,but we must not ignore the financial risks accompanied by the rapid development of BYD company.In scientific analysis and evaluation,it points out the direction adjustment and specific implementation path for BYD company's future investment strategy of new energy vehicles.Finally,based on the previous analysis and demonstration of Harvard analytical framework,this paper summarizes and points out the shortcomings of research and future prospects.
