At the beginning of the 21 st century,new energy vehicles began to appear in China.In recent years,as air pollution problems have become more serious,the public's demand for new energy vehicles has grown dramatically.Especially in April 2018,President Xi Jinping announced at the Boao Forum for Asia to effectively reduce the import tariffs on automobiles,which also brought challenges to the domestic new energy automobile industry.The development of the new energy automobile industry is inseparable from the financial support,especially for small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain.The use of supply chain financing can effectively solve the problem of financing difficulties.In addition,the state has provided policy financial support to the new energy automobile industry,specifically through the payment of financial subsidies and other means,the subsidy has shown a trend of declining year by year.In the process of financing new energy vehicle supply chain,the existence of risk is inevitable,and corresponding measures need to be taken to control risks.At the current stage of research at home and abroad,many scholars have research on automobile supply chain financing,policy finance and risk control,and there are few studies combining the three.Based on the policy financial support perspective,this paper studies the risk control of new energy vehicle supply chain financing in China,in order to provide better opinions to relevant institutions on risk control.This paper takes the financing of new energy vehicle supply chain supported by policy finance as the foothold,and analyzes the risks,characteristics and causes of the risks generated by the enterprises that need financing in the process of financing,based on financing the automobile supply chain.The relevant theoretical research and practice of risk control,combined with the development characteristics of China's new energy auto industry,establish a risk assessment model based on principal component analysis and logistic regression.The data of 50 SMEs listed in China's new energy auto industry are taken as samples.Conduct an empirical analysis based on the principal component-based Logistic model.According to the regression analysis,the overall prediction accuracy of the logistic regression model based on principal component is 93.8%.The company's compliance rate is negatively correlated with the profit factor,positively correlated with the debt repayment factor and the operational factor,and smoothly passes the model's comprehensiveness.And fitness test.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text and proposes specific risk control measures from the macro,meso and micro levels.The macromeasures include strengthening government supervision and improving the subsidy policy for new energy vehicles.The meso-measure measures include strengthening the risk control capability of the entire supply chain trade link and strengthening the system construction of supply chain financing management.The micro-level measures include strengthening the core enterprise's risk control ability and training.Wind control talents and strengthen anti-risk ability.
