With the progress and development of human society,the power consumption of industrial life increase year by year,make the traditional energy supply problems appeared gradually,at the same time because of the traditional energy resources,the number of pollutants,which caused serious influence to the current environmental protection.Including photovoltaics,the emergence of a number of renewable energy sources such as wind power and development is very good to solve the problem,get people's recognition and support.As more and more distributed power sources are integrated into the distribution network,the concept of a more automatic and intelligent active distribution network is proposed,which brings both opportunities and challenges to the development of the distribution network.As distributed power sources contain a large number of harmonics,which seriously affect the power quality of the distribution network,it is necessary to deal with the harmonics in the network.Existing equipment mainly for the source and the active filter,harmonic governance,according to the theory of power grid harmonic source governance generally adopt the method of compensation on-spot.The problems of the governance of active power harmonic,this paper from the following aspects are analyzed.According to the working characteristic of passive filter and active filter,combined with their respective advantages and disadvantages,this article has decided to adopt the comprehensive configuration of two kinds of filter.Second of the active power distribution lines contains a large number of distributed power to study,focuses on analyzing different positions,the influence of different capacity of distributed power on the grid system.According to the distribution of harmonic in power grid,this article mentioned the methods of harmonic governance range,determine the passive filter and active filter their respective scope of governance.For optimizing the allocation of passive filter in the grid,first through the modal analysis method mentioned in this paper,to determine the best configuration node,passive filter in considering the effect of governance at the same time the attention economy,and then widely used by the traditional experience method to configure the parameters of the passive filter.Passive filter configuration is completed to optimize the active filter configuration,for the locations of the active filter configuration method,this paper adopts the method of comprehensive evaluation to phase out the governance effect of poor node,finally get the best configuration candidate nodes of active filter.To improve the standard of artificial fish algorithm,using the improved artificial fish algorithm to the optimization parameters of the active filter,thereby gaining economic effective overall configuration scheme.In this paper,an integrated scheme for harmonic control of active power distribution network is obtained by means of stepwise optimization of passive filter and active filter.Through the simulation of IEEE-18 nodes,and prove that the proposed harmonic solution can meet the requirements of management harmonic,optimization of energy management,the guarantee rate of harmonic voltage contains all nodes and total harmonic voltage distortion rate under the premise of all standard,make active power harmonic comprehensive control scheme satisfy certain economy.The paper has 50 pictures,16 tables,72 references.
