Over the years,China's economy has developed rapidly,and the development of the construction industry has played a pivotal role in it.In the development of the construction industry,BIM technology cannot be ignored.Today,BIM technology has been applied to the entire life cycle of the project from design,construction to operation and maintenance.The BIM basic software Revit has been widely used in the design of building superstructures,but its application in building basic design is not yet perfect.Pile foundation is an important form of foundation,which is widely used in the field of high-rise buildings.Based on the original functions of Revit software,this paper supplements and develops the parameterized design of modeling,calculation,verification,reinforcement and drawing of pile foundation structure The system finally uses engineering examples to complete the design process from modeling to drawing.The main research contents are:(1)Researched the background of BIM development in China's construction industry,discussed the development process and status of BIM technology at home and abroad,and established the research content of using Revit software for secondary development to supplement pile foundation functions;(2)Using the basic functions of the secondary development of Revit,using the Visual Studio platform and the C # programming language,using the "development dictionary" RevitAPI and Revit Lookup,the basic process of secondary development of pile foundation design and the basic framework of the design system are established;(3)Completed the construction of the pile foundation and soil layer,mastered the manual creation process of the Revit model family file,on this basis,the model creation process was divided into details,and the background code for each detail operation in the modeling was developed.Added pile foundation and soil layer documentation;(4)Established a module for modifying parameters of pile foundation and soil layer,studied the way of loading soil and pile foundation family files into project files and parameter modification methods,and developed a one-click plug-in to modify relevant parameters of pile foundation model and soil layer model.(5)Established a pile foundation calculation and verification module.Based on the calculation regulations and formulas for pile foundations in the "Technical Specifications for Building Pile Foundations" and "Specifications for Design of Concrete Structures",the calculation of single pile bearing capacity for low-cap friction piles and vertical pilefoundation Modules for function of load capacity check,calculation of longitudinal reinforcement of bearing cap,calculation of punching shear and shear resistance of bearing cap;(6)The reinforcement function of the pile foundation was established,and the automatic reinforcement module of four piles with low bearing friction piles was established according to the specifications,and the drawing of the basic reinforcement diagram of the pile foundation was completed,which improved the efficiency of engineering design;(7)Finally,use engineering examples to complete the whole process from modeling to drawing,and verify the usability of the developed plug-in.
