Nature and children's healthy growth are closely related.While children are learning and playing in the natural environment,their cognitive ability is cultivated,their imagination,creativity,and social communication ability are developed,and their healthy development of bodies and minds is promoted.At the same time,in the context of the experience economy,the experience space for children as a target group is soaring in China,but most of the existing experience spaces are sports and professional experience,and there are few natural experience places.Therefore,this study is oriented to children's cognition and establishes a small urban nature experience park,which provides a convenient space for children to connect with nature,effectively narrows the distance between children and nature,and realizes the close and friendly relationship between children and nature.This study believes that nature has positive significance for children's growth and education,and advocates a natural education model that fits the characteristics of children.It attempts to propose a new design idea for children's cognitive nature education,namely low-tech interaction design that is a project that returns to nature,is close to nature,and is child-centered.It reduces the role of technology in the cognitive process.By designing diverse types of cognitive natural activities that are easy for children to operate,it guides children to directly interactwith the environment,to fully explore children's own initiative,to realize children's autonomous learning and to feel the enjoyment of learning.First of all,the author starts from the psychological,behavioral and cognitive characteristics of children,research relevant literature and summarize them,and then conductes in-depth discussions on the concepts,applications,and characteristics of interaction design,and specify the concepts of children and interaction design in this study.After that,the questionnaires and field investigations are used to analyze the children's needs for natural cognition sites and activity preferences,and to analyze the current status and characteristics of existing children's cognition natural activities venues in China.Finally,based on the premise of cognitive nature education,the characteristics of interaction design,three ways of expression and strategies are proposed.Based on the six aspects of safety,usability,fun,participation,recognizability,and closeness to nature,this paper makes a reasonable evaluation system about the model,studies children's cognitive and low-tech interaction design patterns,and clarifies that the application of "low-tech" interaction design patterns to children's cognitive nature is a feasible strategy.It is used as the theoretical basis of the urban natural experience park,and it can offers a reference to the small-scale cognitive natural experience park model promoted in the city.
