As a part of the social learning system,the modern museum has been transformed from a collection research into a place to provide educational services and cultural communication.The importance of Museum in social public cultural education is increasingly prominent.It plays an incomparable role in school and family education,not only as a supplement and extension of other education forms.It is an important mission of contemporary museums in the field of children's education to recognize,affirm,stimulate and guide children's curiosity.However,at present,children's main learning methods in museums are passive observation of exhibits and text interpretation on reading panels,which rarely allow children to participate in interaction and limit children's experience.Therefore,how to make museums bring children learning experience suitable for their own development through visiting behavior has become an urgent problem to be solved in today's society,and is also the premise for museums to give full play to their educational functionsThis study focuses on children of school age(6,7-11,12 years old)to explore the interactive experience of the museum.The main research contents are as follows:1.Summarize the characteristics of children's perception,attention,memory,thinking,language and behavior development.2?This paper classifies the exhibition ways of children's educational experience in museums,clarifies the inevitability and necessity of children's learning experience in museums,establishes a museum children's experience model that conforms to the characteristics of children's development,and summarizes the museum children's experience guide based on children's cognitive development from two aspects of cognition and behavior,emotion and character.3?To carry out research on children's experience projects in four museums in three Asian countries,focusing on the research and analysis of Museum applications and interactive devices,combining with the horizontal comparison between cases,the prominent problems of domestic museums are found,and deducing the future development direction.4?Then select Shanxi Museum as a typical place for user research,through the statistical analysis data of the questionnaire survey of the target users,combined with the results of non participatory travel observation,to establish a persona model to explore the various factors affecting children's interactive experience in the museum.In view of the existing problems in the current museum,this paper summarizes the interactive experience design strategy in accordance with children's cognitive needs.5?Output the design scheme of Museum children's experience application,combined with task test and PSSUQ scale to evaluate the scheme and verify the feasibility and value of the study.From the point of view of the educational function of the museum,based on children's cognitive development,and with experience design as the starting point,this paper aims to improve the experience of school-age children's audience in the process of visiting the museum,broaden their interest perception channels,and improve the adaptation of children's audience and Museum cultural resources.Through the design of interactive experience application,it can meet children's deep and developing cognitive behavior needs,optimize the interaction mode with cultural resources,and provide guidance and reference for designers and relevant practitioners in the museum children's experience design.
