According to the problem of the increasing traffic flow,heavy-load vehicles and over-loading trucks of the asphalt of high-grade highways,adding additives to asphalt material is an effective way to improve the performance of asphalt pavement material.In view of the application situation of existing domestic and foreign various additives,proposed that pyrolytic carbon black from used tire is used as a modifier for asphalt modification.At present,the ever increasing of used tire leading to“black pollution",has become the environmental problems around the word.The content that scrap tires into a pyrolytic carbon black(CBp)and using in asphalt modification of large quantities of scrap tires is an effective way to make the waste value-added.This paper summarized the theoretical researches,the actual state of application of the pyrolytic carbon black from used tire asphalt.Then based to grey system theory,orthogonal design and some technical conditions,the Jinshi pyrolytic carbon black were selected to determines the optimum technological parameters of pyrolytic carbon black modified asphalt.Then we explored the influence of environmental and new additive of pyrolysis carbon black modified asphalt,and compared with the performance of the added aromatic oil pyrolysis carbon black modified asphalt,determined the optimum dosage of the additive agent finally.In order to contrast the SBS and performance differences of pyrolysis carbon black two kinds of modifier and 4.5%of SBS modified asphalt and SBS content is 4%,pyrolysis carbon black content is 15%of SBS-carbon black modified asphalt performance comparison,and studied the electrochemical titration method,the mixed pyrolysis carbon black will affect detection of SBS content.In order to appraise the pavement performance of pyrolytic carbon black modified asphalt mixture,designs two different grades of AC-13,AC-20,and tests on four kinds of asphalt mixture in this two different grades.The asphalt which used in the four kind of mixture is matrix asphalt,pyrolytic carbon black modified asphalt,SBS modified asphalt,SBS-pyrolytic carbon black modified asphalt.The test determined the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio and Marshall indexes by Marshall test,mixed matrix asphalt mixture,pyrolytic carbon black modified asphalt mixture,SBS modified asphalt mixture,SBS-pyrolytic carbon black modified asphalt mixture respectively.Through laboratory tests of asphalt mixture water stability,high temperature stability and low temperature cracking resistance,studied compared such as the soaking Marshall stability,freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio,dynamic stability,low breaking strength,the maximum bending tensile strain,low stiffness modulus splitting parameters,and carried on Hamburg wheel tracking test for water stability performance,conducted a comprehensive experimental study about pyrolytic carbon black modified asphalt mixture pavement performance indexes,found out the influencing rule of pyrolytic carbon black on the properties of asphalt mixture pavement performance.Finally,the technical performance,economic,environment and other aspects of the four kinds of asphalt mixture were analyzed and compared.The results show that pyrolytic carbon black modified asphalt mixture has excellent technical performances and economic comparability.Pyrolytic carbon black modified asphalt mixture have good application prospects when applied to highway asphalt pavement.
