In 2002,China carried out the reform of power system,transforming the original power industry into a power market of "separating power plants from power grid,bidding for power grid".In 2015,China approved Shenzhen as the first transmission and distribution electricity price reform pilot area,which made the power system reform further forward.In 2018,in order to further deepen the reform,China issued a series of rules on the spot market of electric power,marking the continuous improvement of the spot market of electric power generation side in China.In 2019,China began to implement the pilot electric power spot scheme in eight provinces.According to the new power system reform plan,the traditional market competition mode of unified management by the state and participation of power enterprises will be abandoned.A new market-oriented mode of power transmission and distribution is established,in which power generation enterprises sell electricity,power generation companies act as legal entities,and power grid enterprises.It aims to further deepen the achievements of electric power reform and promote the overall development of society by means of competitive bidding and self financing.Therefore,in view of the new round of power system reform,how to adjust the marketing strategy of the power generation enterprises according to the drastic changes of the power market pattern has become an important issue that the existing power generation enterprises must solve.Combined with the actual production and operation of HNJT power plant,this paper selects the target market suitable for the development of the power plant by subdividing the power market where the power plant is located,and clarifies the market positioning of the power plant according to the selected target market.Finally,the marketing strategy of HNJT power plant is determined: expand the market scale through the product development strategy;improve the economic benefits of the enterprise through the quotation strategy;improve the popularity of the enterprise through the promotion strategy;improve the stickiness of the enterprise users through the channel strategy;coordinate the social relations,the government and the superior company through the public relations strategy.To maximize economic and social benefits.And make corresponding marketing guarantee measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy.I hope that through the research of this paper,I can sort out the marketing strategy of HNJT power plant,balance the relationship between power production and power demand,and provide guidance and support for HNJT power plant in the face of the changing power market in the future.For the smooth development of the power industry to provide useful thinking.
