This paper studies a kind of bicycle design method based on rider comfort evaluation criteria,takes ergonomics and human biomechanics as theoretical guidance.After analyzing the characteristic of riding sports,design several relevant riding experiments,and then collects and copes the physiological data.Choosing Anybody human biomechanics software as simulation platform,establishes the human-bicycle coupling system based on the riding sports characteristics,and then simulates the system.According to the results,using function fitting method,builds the human-bicycle best position function,and then verify the function through some experiments with a cycling test machine.Full text content and conclusions are summarized as follows:1.Based on the analysis of human riding characteristics,using existing laboratory test equipments,designs and carry out during the cycling body motion capture experiments,heart and lung function testing laboratory experiments and surface EMG signal acquisition,and then processes the experimental test data.The analysis results can provide a basis for the subsequent simulation.2.Using Anybody biomechanical software,according to the rider physiological dimension,creating a mannequin with a complete skeleton and muscles.Builds a three-dimensional solid model of a bike through Solidworks 3D modeling software.Finally establishes a human-bicycle coupling simulation systems on Anybody simulation platform,and make an inverse dynamics simulation,after comparison with experimental data prove the correctness of the simulation results.3.According to sports physiology and sports riding characteristics of the simulation system were reasonably simplified and redesigned parametric simulation program,use MATLAB software rider physiological data obtained were processed,and the results are a function fitting,won the people-the best car matching parameters function formula.4.Selecting appropriate test persons to finish a comparison experiment on cycling test machine.According to the function,design the experiment.Collect tester physiological data and process,then compare and analyze the results.The results shows that the effect of the test were riding bikes in the best match of the parameters of the effect is better than riding on the general parameters of the bicycle.
