With the prosperous development of the automobile industry,the field of automobile assembly technology has also been correspondingly developed.Automated technology is widely used in the assembly of various parts of the automobile,and computer technology improves the quality of automobile assembly.The automobile gearbox is an important part of the automobile power transmission system.The quality of the automobile gearbox will directly affect the quality of the automobile.Improving the assembly quality of the gearbox will also improve the automobile quality accordingly.This paper designs and implements an automatic measurement system for gearbox assembly based on the measurement problem of component assembly in the assembly process of automobile gearboxes.The purpose is to combine computer technology and automation technology in the measurement process of automobile gearbox assembly.By improving the measurement technology of gearbox component assembly process,the assembly quality and efficiency of the gearbox are improved.At the same time,it is provided for the digitization and automation of gearbox assembly technology.Certain ideas.The structure of automobile gearbox is more complicated and there are more parts.The assembly process is divided into sub-assembly and assembly.The assembly of complex parts is carried out first.After all the parts are assembled,the assembly is finally completed.Among the many parts of the gearbox,the input shaft assembly,output shaft assembly and differential assembly are one of the important components.The quality of its assembly will affect the quality of the gearbox.Whether the axial clearance of the assembly is reasonable determines the quality of the assembly.The reasonable axial clearance makes the assembly transmit power and adjust the torque more smoothly and smoothly,ensuring the best working state of the transmission.The axial clearance adjustment of the assembly is achieved by pre-tightening.There are many ways to implement preloading.The method of adjusting the gasket is one of the commonly used methods.Compared with other adjustment methods,the method of adjusting the gasket is easy to operate and the adjustment result is more accurate.Whether the selected adjusting shim is appropriate will affect the quality of the transmission.Too thick or thin shims will affect the operation of the transmission.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the accuracy of the selection of the adjusting shim for the transmission.Aiming at the problem of how to select a suitable adjustment shim,based on the assembly dimension chain theory,an assembly dimension chain analysis was performed on a certain type of gearbox to obtain the assembly dimension chain equation of the gearbox components,and this was designed as a measurement program Theoretical basis.Based on the relative measurement theory and considering the problem of component placement in the actual production process,the measurement algorithm is optimized,and a measurement method based on the surface of the component is further proposed on the basis of relative measurement.The optimized method needs to fit the plane of the workpiece plane before each measurement,calculate the plane equation,and then perform relative measurement based on the workpiece plane.Among them,for the plane fitting problem,based on the idea of least squares method and through C++ language to achieve the preparation of the measurement program.Communication and data transmission are one of the important links of the automatic measurement system.Efficient and instant communication is one of the important conditions to ensure production efficiency.The assembly line is composed of multiple stations,so the design of communication includes the communication between the stations and the communication of the entire system.Wireless radio frequency is a non-contact identification technology,with strong anti-interference ability,multi-application and workshop-level field communication and product identification.The data transmission between the stations uses MOBY radio frequency technology to realize the measurement data of the parts are transmitted between the stations.The communication of other parts of the automatic measurement system uses PROFIBUS bus communication technology.The actual production process proves that the measurement system can complete the measurement task well and reach the production standard.
