Wading cast in place box girder engineering generally has many characteristics,such as complex and variable structural design,long construction period,large scale,complex construction environment,many construction processes,many influencing factors and long duration.Once a bridge project produces a risk accident,it will cause great direct and indirect economic losses to the whole society.Therefore,strengthening the research of risk management in the construction stage can not only guarantee the smooth and smooth implementation of the project,but also promote the healthy development of the social economy,which is of great significance.According to the project risk theory and method,this paper studies the risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk monitoring in the construction stage of cast-in-situ box girder project involving water.The following work has been carried out:Firstly,according to the construction characteristics and risk sources of cast-insitu box girder,the construction risk of cast-in-situ box girder is elaborated,and then the goal and process of construction risk management of cast-in-situ box girder are put forward to support the research of construction risk management.Secondly,in view of the defect that the general risk identification method is difficult to systematically identify the risk factors due to the complex construction process and many uncertain factors,WBS-RBS method is used to decompose the construction processes and risks of the cast-in-place box girder involved in water,and the risk matrix is established for quantitative risk identification.Then,the index system method is used to evaluate the overall risk and the specific risk of the project,to determine the overall risk level and the main risk sources of the project,and to clarify the project risk response measures and monitoring measures on the basis of risk identification and evaluation in the construction stage.Finally,combined with the actual water-related cast-in-situ box girder project,the risk identification,risk assessment and analysis of the water-related cast-in-situ box girder construction project are carried out,the specific risk types of the water-related cast-in-situ box girder project are obtained,the measures to deal with the project risk are put forward,the risk prevention organization system is established,and the risk is further prevented.The main conclusions and achievements of this paper are as follows:1)WBS-RBS method is used to identify the risk of cast-in-situ box girders involved in water according to the quantitative method.The main risk sources,such as insufficient personnel quality risk,construction technology risk,design technology risk and natural environment risk,are obtained.Then,the index system method is used to evaluate the construction risk of cast-in-situ box girders involved in water,which can accurately reflect the risk level of the construction stage.The application of the project case in this paper shows that the method has strong practicability for risk management of similar projects.2)Through empirical analysis,it shows that the risk management system of castin-situ box girder project involving water established in this paper is scientific and effective,which is helpful for the risk management of such projects.
