With the rapid development of China's economic and the continuous improvement of people's requirements for the indoor environment of buildings, the office building area and energy consumption intensity have greatly increased.Self-hold type public buildings, represented by office buildings, tend to pay more attention to the operation effect of buildings and the total energy consumption. Therefore, office buildings have become the top priority of building energy conservation. The application of passive architecture technology in office buildings is an effective means to ensure the development of green buildings and has a good demonstration effect.Through studying the suitability of passive technology system for passive office buildings in Lanzhou, designers can consider the appropriate design strategies comprehensively, improve the indoor thermal environment based on regionalization and indoor functional zoning, effectively reduce the energy consumption level of office buildings for heating in winter and cooling in summer, relieve the energy and environmental pressure in Lanzhou, promote the transformation of energy consumption mode, perfect the energy-saving and low-carbon,green ecology, intensive and efficient building energy system, promote the supply-side structural reform in urban and rural construction, and realize green development, having important practical significance and far-reaching strategic meaning.According to the regional characteristics and climatic conditions of Lanzhou area, this paper analyzes the basic requirements of shape coefficient of building and thermal performance of enclosure structure in the thermal design of office buildings in cold areas, and explores the passive technical strategies suitable for this area.Taking the passive office buildings in Lanzhou area as the research object,it analyzes variouspassive technical characteristics in the examples, through the calculation of overall building energy efficiency of typical passive office buildings and the evaluation of building energy consumption in winter and summer with EEP software, and carries out the indoor thermal environment measurement of typical passive office buildings under normal use in two working conditions.According to the measured data,it studies the actual situation and existing problems of the indoor thermal environment of the passive office buildings. On the basis of the previous analysis, the building energy consumption simulation software Energy Plus is used to analyze the influence of the main thermal design parameters of office buildings in Lanzhou area on building energy consumption, and the optimization measures of passive technology applicable to Lanzhou region are proposed, eventually the passive technology system is summarized.Under the condition that no mechanical equipment is used to assist heating in winter, the average indoor temperature of the tested passive office building is over18? in the south direction and over 12? in the north direction. In summer, the typical passive office building has an indoor average temperature of 28.31? in the south-facing room and 27.04? in the north-facing room,an indoor relative humidity of 40% ~ 60% in comfort range,an indoor average wind speed of more than 0.25m/s and less than 0.30m/s,which is an appropriate wind speed. The passive heating and cooling technology reduces the energy consumption of the office building in winter and summer as a whole. This shows that the "passive heating and cooling technology system",taking "passive solar heating+high performance enclosure+atrium" as the main heating strategy and "natural ventilation+sunshade technology+roof greening" as the main cooling strategy, has a positive role in promoting the green and sustainable development of passive office buildings in Lanzhou, providing valuable reference for the development of passive buildings and the perfection of technical theory in Gansu province.
