In order to alleviate the energy consumption crisis and environmental pollution and for the long-term development of human society,global architects began to introduce the concept of sustainable development into architectural design.The design method of adding building cavity to office building is popularized rapidly in our country,which can play a positive role in the overall microclimate control,environmental purification and energy saving of the building.For office buildings in cold areas,the main function of the building cavity is to "use"the outdoor favorable climate elements and "prevent" the unfavorable climate elements.On this basis,the thermal environment of the building cavity and the surrounding space of the building cavity is further regulated.On the whole,it is strict.It is very necessary to put forward the design strategy and suggestion of multi-story office building cavity in cold area.In the first chapter of this paper,the cavity in multi-storey office building in severe cold area is taken as the research object,the significance and content of the research are determined,the research status is expounded,and the literature research method,investigation method,empirical research method and simulation method are put forward as the research methods.The second chapter summarizes the functional characteristics,spatial forms and usage methods of building cavities,classifies and analyzes the statistical data and existing phenomena of building cavities,and then selects 9 of the three buildings as measured objects from the case.The third chapter is the empirical research part,which uses scientific methods to carry on the thermal environment reality to the typical building cavity.The hourly variation trend of the thermal environment of all kinds of building cavities in horizontal and vertical directions and the influence of cavities on adjacent space in different seasons are studied,and the thermal environment of all kinds of building cavities is evaluated objectively according to different seasons.The fourth chapter analyzes the influencing factors of the thermal environment of the building cavity,and makes a quantitative numerical simulation analysis of the internal influencing factors of the building cavity by DeST-C software,including the type of the building cavity,the plane orientation of the building cavity,the plane scale of the building cavity,the vertical position of the building cavity,the vertical height of the building cavity,the ratio of the facade window to wall of the building cavity,and the proportion of the light transmission area of the building cavity skylight.The fifth chapter is based on the previous analysis.Results The thermal environment design strategy of multi-layer office building in severe cold area was discussed.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:when thinking about the plane layout design of building cavity,the core building cavity is the most recommended building type;the edge court type building cavity is recommended southward and westward;seven kinds of cavity styles are recommended comprehensively considering the type and orientation of building cavity;the ratio of plane area to plane area of office building cavity in severe cold area is recommended to be between 5.0%and 20.0%.When it comes to the vertical layout design of the building cavity,it is more reasonable to design the building cavity in the middle of the building or through the whole building.Under the condition that the total area of the building is the same as the area of the building cavity,the height of the cavity of the multi-story office building exceeds the height of the cavity of the multi-story office building.The higher the better.When it comes to the interface design of building cavity,it is suggested that the glass curtain wall with high window wall ratio should be used for the southward facade of building cavity.The skylight of the core building cavity should be reduced properly,and solar light can be introduced into the lighting system in order to meet the needs of the light environment.The side court type building cavity should be designed as little as possible or no skylight should be used.During the transition season and summer,it is recommended that the thermal protection of building cavities be realized by natural ventilation,the use of shading and the introduction of green planting of water bodies.
