Research On The Optimizing Financial Management Model Of Panjiakou Power Plant Under Internet Information Technology

In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in our country,the state-owned enterprises in the position in the overall economic environment more and more important,a variety of new financial management model,and financial integration management is one of these new management mode,it is on the basis of the Internet to the change of financial management mode,has been widely used in some developed countries enterprises.Financial management department is the most core part of an enterprise.It needs to actively cater to the Internet situation and change its management mode,so as to enhance its competitive strength in the field of market economy.As one of the supporting industries in China,state grid company is also constantly catering to the change of management mode,and has achieved great results.However,its management mode is still relatively scattered and not integrated enough,resulting in some problems in financial capital and budget.This paper mainly studies the application of integrated financial management mode of panjiakou power plant under the Internet information technology,to solve the related financial problems such as capital control,budget preparation and control in financial management.Firstly,starting from the current situation of financial management mode of panjiakou power plant,various problems existing in its work under the current financial management mode are analyzed by using data,mainly including decentralized capital control,non-integration of industry and finance,lack of comprehensive budget control function and delayed approval process.Secondly,aiming at the existing problem of panjiakou power plant in the financial work,to the financial management mode is optimized,the application of the integrated financial management mode,by constructing money daily scheduling system,multidimensional lean management system,business mobile app application system to solve the problems existing in the financial management mode of panjiakou power plant,in order to optimize the effect.In this paper,the financial management mode of panjiakou power plant is integrated to build a financial management integrated information platform for information exchange,business integration and real-time monitoring.The system optimized the financial management process,improved the accuracy of business,optimized the allocation of resources,effectively reduced the cost,and improved the efficiency of capital use.The new optimization model provides support for the optimization of financial decision-making and intelligent management of the company,improves the level of financial management of panjiakou power plant,strengthens the accuracy and timeliness of accounting,strengthens the supervision of financial management and accounting process,and improves the economic benefits of the enterprise.Financial management mode under the Internet environment is one of the three modules of the application of integration,to achieve the application of all modules in the system also needs to continue to explore and research,financial management mode of Internet information,the research is a theoretical problem,and a strong operational practice,the content involved a lot,this paper discussed in many issues remain to be further studied and discussed.
