MDQ3000.65 type door-type piling and taking machine B2DQ(Hereinafter referred to as B2DQ)is main loading and unloading equipment in Qinhuangdao port coal yard,it has been in production for more than 20 years.The cable in the machine is aging seriously,there are a lot of broken skin,crack,break core conditions,failure shutdown caused by unstable control signals occurs frequently during production operation,and the cable layout is unreasonable,limits the extension and addition of new features;the original iron cable bridge and its supporting arm seriously corroded,small repair takes time and effort,and it's unable to solve the problem thoroughly,there are serious safety risks;the original control system adopted the control mode in the early 1990 s.The relay control system was used to control the operation of the whole machine,with too many components,complex system,unstable work,large area,inconvenient fault troubleshooting and limited function expansion;there are also some problems,such as inadequate protection function,unreasonable lighting layout,damaged cable transfer box and unreasonable internal layout.This project aims at researching and reforming the electrical control system of B2 DQ to improve the electrical control.According to the structure,composition and production process of the door-type piling,a new electronic control system is designed with PLC as the center,accompanied by detecting switches and means such as stroke switch,encoder,gray bus and opening meter,as well as frequency converter and upper computer touch screen.The parameter setting and debugging of 5 frequency converters are carried out by Drivewindow software.After many times of demonstration and actual test,the optimized frequency converter parameters are obtained to control the operation of 8 big car running motors,2 beam lifting motors and 2 trolley running motors.Wincc application software was used to compile the human machine interface of the touch screen on three platforms,assist personnel operation and provide information display function.The gray bus system is used to accurately locate the absolute position of the rigid legside and flexible leg side of the machine,to assist in the control of the machine's walking,to solve the occurrence of deflection,and to provide information such as the machine's traveling position.
