| With the development of infrastructure in China,sea-crossing bridges,high-rise buildings,railway viaducts and other construction projects continue to increase,the construction site more and more complex geological conditions,construction is also more and more difficult,therefore,large-scale engineering equipment requirements are getting higher and higher,and piling machinery is a large engineering equipment in the top priority.600 HP hydraulic piling machine is a self-developed high-power pile driving machinery,widely used in construction,bridges,docks and marine engineering projects such as pile foundation construction.As the piling machine operating environment is complex,and the need for long hours of high-load operation,the hydraulic oil cooling system often overheating or even serious overheating problems,affecting the progress of the project and construction quality.In order to solve the overheating problem of hydraulic oil cooling system of 600 HP hydraulic piling machine,the author has developed an intelligent cooling system which is suitable for piling machine hydraulic oil cooling and then use AMESim software to simulate the system after extensive examination of domestic and foreign literature and communication with piling machine manufacturer.Through the intelligent cooling system installation test results show that this intelligent cooling system better solve the 600 HP hydraulic piling machine hydraulic oil overheating problem.The concrete research contents and innovations are as follows:1.The intelligent cooling system for 600 HP hydraulic piling machine is designed,including the design of the intelligent cooling system control scheme,the matching of the hydraulic components of the cooling system and the design of the control software algorithm;2.Choose the best radiator manufacturing materials and develop a radiator welding process;3.For the 600 HP hydraulic piling machine hydraulic oil radiator cooling requirements and installation dimensions,the structure and size parameters are determined and the calculation is carried out,while the resistance of the radiator fluid was calculated,calculate the resistance of air and hydraulic oil through the radiator,which provides the basis for matching the hydraulic components of cooling system;4.Based on the principle of intelligent control,a simulation model of gas-liquid heat exchanger,double fan and heat load components was established,and the simulation model of 600 HP hydraulic piling machine intelligent cooling system was established by using AMESim software.Control element and temperature sensor combination to achieve the intelligent control of the fan speed,set the ambient temperature of 35℃ and 45℃,obtained different ambient temperature of the hydraulic oil temperature curve;5.The intelligent cooling system was tested at 35℃ ambient temperature,proved that the intelligent cooling system fully meet the 600 HP hydraulic piling machine hydraulic oil cooling requirements.The feasibility of simulation modeling based on AMESim software piling machine intelligent cooling system is proved by comparing the experimental results with the simulation results,which provides a reference for the optimization design of the cooling system. |
