Research On Village Space Transformation Planning For Innovators And Entrepreneurs

On the one hand,the development of contemporary rural areas in China is generally characterized by the hollowing out of villages,the lack of industry,and the idleness of housing land.In practice,rural revitalization methods are mostly "tourism & cultural innovation”,which produces homogenous competition and its own one-sided and unsustainable characteristics.On the other hand,with the development of cities in developed regions of China,the science,education and talent resources of urban entrepreneurship plus innovation have grown significantly,but the land is tight and the rent is high,which makes the external environmental pressure of entrepreneurship and innovation continue to increase.Under this dual social background,to create a suitable development environment for entrepreneurs plus innovators heading or returning to rural areas under the policy incentives of the Chinese government to " strongly support entrepreneurship and innovation and promote the development of primary,secondary and tertiary industry in rural areas”,becomes a problem that needs to be studied.Based on the research on how to make the rural architectural space environment more in line with the needs of entrepreneurship plus innovation,this paper summarizes the characteristics of entrepreneurial and innovative space,the problems of village transformation and development from the practice of urban entrepreneurial and innovative space and the practice of rural development,and analyzes the possibility of fusion development of these two.Then,take the actual case of Xuejia Village of Lishui,Nanjing as the research object to explain its development background and propose the transformation goal of urban&rural resources complementation and urban&rural cooperation plus mutual benefit.Thirdly,based on the combination of the space demand of entrepreneurial and innovative villages and the space demand of entrepreneurs and innovators in those villages,this paper analyzes the current situation of Xuejiacun from three aspects of village environment,spatial pattern and architecture courtyard,and draws a conclusion of the insufficiency of Xuejiacun's space for the development of entrepreneurial and innovative function.Finally,the thesis takes Xuejiacun as the empirical research object,discusses the specific operation of its spatial transformation,summarizes the strategies of spatial structure transformation,spatial function transformation as well as transformation methods of the village environment,spatial pattern and architecture courtyard and proposes a new model for the transformation of village space that meets the needs of entrepreneurship and innovation.
