A Probe Into The Strategy Of Urban Characteristic Preserve And Enhancement In The Process Of Urban Renewal

With the development of the city into a new stage,under the guidance of the development concept of "innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing",the transformation of urban stock space is also changed from the optimization of material space environment to the improvement of urban spatial connotation,which endows the new era with more abundant connotation characteristics of urban renewal,as well as more diversified goals and value orientation.Since the 18,the establishment of cultural self-confidence,the shaping of urban characteristics,the creation of a good human settlements environment has become the core direction of urban work,in this context,the promotion of urban renewal value orientation has also shifted to " attach importance to livelihood,to culture,to characteristics and to ecology".Characteristic shaping is the soul of urban renewal,how to fully excavate the unique natural ecological characteristics,historical and cultural characteristics,urban spatial characteristics,industrial and economic characteristics,innovate and cultivate them in urban renewal is often the key to the success of urban renewal.The purpose of this study is to combine the important value orientation of urban development with the main ways of urban space development at present,to explore the strategies of urban characteristics preserve and enhancement in the process of urban renewal,and to realize the characteristic redevelopment and connotation redevelopment of the city.This paper combs the relevant theories of urban renewal and urban characteristics,and constructs the theoretical framework of urban characteristic dimension by using literature research and inductive deductive methods,case analysis and experience summary method,exploratory analysis and systematic research method.Exploring the interactive relationship between urban renewal and urban characteristic preserve and enhancement,to establishes the framework of urban characteristic preserve and enhancement in the process of urban renewal.And then,coupling the way and content of urban renewal with the way and content of urban characteristics preserve and enhancement,and puts forward specific urban characteristic preserve and enhancement strategies from the aspects of updating hierarchical division,special dimension,characteristic elements and urban renewal tools,In order to provide the ideas of work through urban renewal,to achieve the goal of enhancing the urban characteristics.Finally,the research results are applied to the special study of urban renewal in the overall urban design of Dangtu County,and the empirical evidence is carried out.The main conclusions of the study are as follows: Urban renewal is one of the effective way to realize urban characteristic preserve and enhancement,and urban characteristic preserve and enhancement should start from the aspects of natural ecological characteristics,historical and cultural characteristics,urban spatial characteristics and economic characteristics.Providing the working ideas and methods for the urban characteristic preserve and enhancement in the process of urban renewal through multi-level dimension,multi-space dimension,multi-element dimension and multi-mode dimension.The main innovation of this paper lies in the loss of urban characteristics in the process of urban renewal,using the existed theories to find new points to carry out research,giving the urban renewal new connotation and characteristics of the development of the Times,and combing it with the important concept of urban characteristic preserve and enhancement.This paper explores the concrete way of realizing urban characteristic preserve and enhancement in the process of urban renewal in the new era,so as to provide new ideas for the current urban renewal work.
