As everyone knows,as a service industry Passenger Railway Bureau occupies a large proportion in the national economy,to co-exist in the moment of challenge and competition of railway passenger transportation industry in an invincible position,and the key point is to ensure the high quality of the passenger service level,especially the promotion.Through long-term observation and research found that,once as a domestic railway service representative of the "Beijing Railway"-Beijing Railway Bureau,the Railway Bureau passenger service to improve the quality of the work is still not perfect.There are many problems and difficulties in terms of the service quality improvement and thus have great research space.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical value to improve the service quality of Beijing Railway Bureau to provide theoretical and practical basis for improving the service quality of Beijing railway bureau.This study takes the optimization of the service quality of the Beijing Railway Bureau passenger section as the breakthrough point.The research method contains the total quality management,systematic optimization and differential service of expectation and practice.The proposed evaluation model is applied to analyze the service quality improvement of the Beijing Railway Bureau passenger section and several strategies are proposed to improve its service.Through literature research and field investigation,to understand a series of current situation,the Beijing Railway Bureau passenger service quality including: staff service consciousness is not strong and low quality,lack of funds,investment management and marketing of passenger information system is not perfect,the service means is too single and many other content.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the reasons for the problems of the current quality of service from the aspects of security,timeliness,economy and so on.Finally,all kinds of loopholes around the Beijing Railway Bureau passenger service quality and insufficient by summarizing method put forward optimization measures of Beijing Railway Bureau passenger service quality improvement,and puts forward some implementation guarantee,to solve the problem is: perfect the relevant rules and regulations,build fine operation mode,strengthen staff training and occupation,according to passenger the implementation of the humanized service demand.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the improvement of the service quality of the passenger section of Beijing railway bureau.
