The prefabricated building structure is a building structure system developed to modernize the residential industry,promote supply-side structural reforms,and develop new urbanization.The traditional fabricated concrete wallboard structure has the advantages of high construction speed and high engineering quality,but it has high requirements on construction technology.Therefore,this paper simplifies the traditional low-rise assembled concrete wallboard structure and proposes a new type.The low-rise assembled concrete wallboard structure changes the traditional steel sleeve grouting into the slurry,which greatly simplifies the material usage and construction complexity,and analyzes the open wall with complicated force mode,and passes the test and numerical values.The method of combining simulation is used to study the seismic performance of the open-wall wall with complex force mode,and to provide technical and theoretical support for the development of low-rise fabricated concrete wall slab structure..The main research work and results of the thesis are as follows:(1)the system study on the low-level prefabricated reinforced concrete wallboard structure,puts forward the new "one" word sit open hole horizontal slurry wall,the wall by the precast reinforced concrete wall and cast-in-place edge artifacts,prefabricated panels for C30 concrete,cement mortar by using 20 mm thick M7.5 pulp with the base or the connection of the floor slab,reserved on both sides and edges connecting the lap steel components,the edge components for cast-in-situ C30 concrete,thickness and prefabricated wall thickness are the same,no reinforcement through the horizontal seam,on the lower reinforcement,on each side of prefabricated wall at the top of the stiffener,similar to the ring beam.The floor is composed of precast steel truss laminated slab and cast-in-place layer.(2)low cyclic load test was carried out on a group of hollow fabricated wall specimens with fixed axial compression ratio.This paper studies the stress process and failure mode of this kind of wall,analyzes the reinforcement strain,hysteretic performance,bearing capacity,energy dissipation capacity,interlayer displacement Angle,ductility and stiffness degradation of the wall,and discusses the influence of each parameter on the seismic performance of the fabricated hollow wall.The test results show that a penetrating crack is formed between the bottom of the wall and the foundation beam at the later stage of loading,but the wall does not have a greatdislocation,but the bending failure occurs at the bottom,and finally the concrete under the edge member is broken and the steel bar is exposed.The distribution and growth law of the wall crack correspond to the strain gauge data.The wall has a high bearing capacity,ductility meets the use requirements,and stiffness degradation is relatively stable and fast.It has a certain energy dissipation capacity and meets the seismic requirements.(3)based on the test results,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish its finite element model,and the analysis results were compared with the test results to verify the reproducibility of the finite element model to the test results.Based on the finite element model,the values of parameters not considered in the test were supplemented for analysis through parameter analysis,so as to further verify or expand the law of influence of design parameters obtained from the test on the seismic performance of the "I" shaped wall with horizontal sitting grouting.Through the experimental study and analysis on the hollow wall of low-rise prefabricated concrete wallboard structure,this paper provides the foundation and basis for the application and promotion of low-rise prefabricated building,which is of great value and significance to promote the industrialization of China’s construction.
