Research On The Effect Of Government Subsidy On The Innovation And Development Of New Energy Auto Enterprises

At present,the energy situation and environmental protection pressures are becoming more and more serious.The development of new energy vehicles has become the focus of technological innovation and industrial transformation in the automotive industry.As of the end of 2017,the government subsidies for new energy vehicles in China amounted to nearly 100 billion yuan,and in recent years,the new energy automobile industry has cheated.The storm and subsidy policy “regression” has made government subsidies for new energy vehicles a hot issue.This paper chooses SG Automotive Group Co.,Ltd as the case study object,which is the early layout of the new energy automobile industry strategy,and the annual collection of a large amount of government subsidies.Around this case,this article first explains the current development status of new energy vehicles and government subsidies,and explains the government’s incentives for new energy auto companies through relevant theories.Then,in the main part of the article,through the construction of an index system to measure the innovation and development of SG,from the two dimensions of input and output,qualitative description and quantitative analysis,comprehensive analysis of the use of government subsidies by SG.This paper finds that:(1)Government subsidies to some extent promote the increase of R&D investment and the expansion of enterprise scale,and improve the economic benefit of the company to some extent,indicating that government subsidies have certain positive significance for the improvement of enterprise innovation development effect.(2)SG are over-reliant on government subsidies,and the autonomy of R&D innovation is low.(3)The lack of changes in the staff structure of Shuguang shares affects the growth of the company’s ability to innovate.(4)Under the new situation,the company’s innovation investment is insufficient,resulting in the company’s lack of market competitiveness,which makes the innovation effect low.Finally,based on the low efficiency of using government subsidies for innovative development of SG and the development situation of SG,Suggestions are put forward for the innovative development of shuguang shares using government subsidies.
