Emotional Evaluation Method For Construction Machinery Interior

As an important equipment strength of infrastructure construction,construction machinery plays an important role in regional economic development.Affected by factors such as structural overcapacity and low-cost competition in the industry,enterprises have gradually attached importance to industrial design of construction machinery to increase market share.For the construction machinery,the overall space of the cab or the control room is not only the carrier of the structural function,but also the place where the driver and the operator work and rest,so it is necessary to pay special attention to the emotional pleasure.At the same time,the design evaluation of engineering machinery interior has the emotional characteristics,which is a complex and comprehensive cognitive process.In the evaluation activity of engineering machinery interior design with high emotional attributes,the complexity of space leads to the lack of completeness of evaluation elements,and the ambiguity of emotions constrains the formulation of evaluation methods.Therefore,this paper explores the evaluation method of engineering machinery interior from the perspective of emotion,and provides an effective auxiliary tool for design decision.Through the documentary research,questionnaire method and expert interview,the user's emotional appeal carrier and high-frequency emotional words are proposed.Through comparative approach,the most suitable way of emotional measurement is selected.Through quantitative analysis method,the ranking of correlation degree between evaluation elements and measurement results is obtained,and the emotional evaluation method of construction machinery interior decoration is put forward.Finally,the validity and reliability of the method are verified by case study.Specifically,the evaluation elements adapted to the interior of engineering machinery are first established from both hardware and software;then the emotional words unique to the evaluation of engineering machinery interiors are constructed through user experiments and expert opinions,and the emotional words are classified into the different quadrants of the Pleasure(P)-Arousal(A)-Domination(D)PAD three-dimensional emotion model;then through comparative analysis,the appropriate emotional measurement was selected.The corresponding relationship among pleasure,arousal,domination and evaluation factors are obtained through correlation analysis;thus,based on the quantitative result of the PAD three-dimensional emotion model on the user's emotions,comparing the mapping relationship between the sentiment word set and the PAD three-dimensional emotion model,the evaluation interval and result of user's affective words for interior decoration of construction machinery are obtained;Finally,the interior design of Sany Heavy Industry Heavy Forklift and the interior design of Changlin Motorcycle are taken as examples to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.Research on emotional evaluation method of interior design of construction machinery has made innovations in evaluation elements and evaluation methods,which provides scientific reference for convergence of design schemes and has certain practical significance.
