The stainless steel core plate is a new type of building component.The main form of composition is some stainless steel thin-walled core tubes with orthogonally arranged sandwich between two stainless steel panels.The connection between the core tube and the panel is brazed by copper brazing.It is possible to produce beams,plates,columns and other force-receiving components that meet the requirements of the building by cutting and splicing the standard parts of stainless steel core plates,and then form a stainless steel core board building system through the assembly work on site,which is a new type of assembly-type construction method.The stainless steel core plate beam is cut from the stainless steel core plate standard parts,the position of the ends and the upper and lower flanges of the beam is sealed by welding with steel stainless steel panel,it is a thin-walled beam similar to a box-section beam.As one of the main force-receiving members of the stainless steel core plate system,it's necessary to study the flexural capacity of the stainless steel core plate beam.In this paper,the flexural capacity of stainless steel core beam is studied by experiments and finite element methods.The main work is as follows:(1)The application of stainless steel and honeycomb sandwich structure in various fields is briefly introduced,and the related research on stainless steel flexural members and honeycomb sandwich structure is briefly analyzed.(2)Eight sets of stainless steel core plate beam specimens were designed,and the flexural stability bearing capacity of stainless steel core plate beam which clamped at both ends was studied by adding concentration at the four-point position.The mid-force-displacement curve and the related load-strain curve are drawn,and the stress characteristics of the stainless steel core plate beam are analyzed in combination with the experimental phenomena.(3)The finite element analysis of the corresponding test specimens was carried out by ABAQUS finite element analysis software,and the finite element analysis results were compared with the experimental results to verify the rationality of the finite element analysis.On this basis,the stress changes of the core plate and the core tube during the loading process are analyzed.(4)The geometric parameters affecting the flexural capacity of stainless steel core plate beams were analyzed by ABAQUS finite element analysis software,including beam height,core tube spacing,core tube outer diameter,core tube wall thickness and web thickness.(5)According to the design method of direct strength method,the design formula of the flexural capacity of stainless steel core beam is proposed.Based on the parameter analysis,the relationship between the M_R/M_y and the compliance coefficient?_n of stainless steel core beam is obtained by data fitting method.The test results,finite element analysis results and design formulas are in good agreement,and the safety and effectiveness of the calculation formula for the flexural capacity of stainless steel core slab beams are verified.
