| The construction industry is a pillar industry for the development of the national economy.Since the reform and opening up,the country has vigorously promoted the infrastructure sector,which has ushered in huge opportunities for the development of the construction industry and cultivated a large number of outstanding construction engineering-related enterprises.In recent years,with the development of the national "Belt and Road" strategy,construction engineering projects have gradually increased,and the scope of projects has gradually extended from domestic to foreign countries.National power is manifested everywhere.The development of construction projects promotes huge economic benefits,but the ever-increasing quality and safety issues also affect the hearts of hundreds of millions of people.Construction safety accidents affect the lives and property safety of residents,and also affect the brand image of construction enterprises.To this end,construction enterprises must attach importance to the quality management of the construction process.In view of this,this paper focuses on the quality management and control of construction projects.The problem is research content,which aims to help construction companies improve the quality of construction projects and maintain the corporate brand image.The dissertation takes Z construction project as the research object,and focuses on the analysis of problems and measures in the quality management and control of engineering projects.The thesis is mainly based on case analysis.It mainly focuses on the Z project,analyzes the current status and problems of quality control,and analyzes the causes of the problem.In view of the problems summarized in the Z project,the quality of the construction project is proposed from a theoretical and practical perspective.Management and control solutions and measures;Aiming at the research results of the Z project,a construction site quality management and control guarantee system was proposed. |
