Non-oil-immersed air gap type hydraulic motor vane pump is a new generation of hydraulic power unit integrated with three-phase asynchronous motor and high-voltage vane pump.The air gap of the motor is not immersed in oil to avoid viscous friction loss of oil.The internal oil circuit of non-oil-immersed air gap type hydraulic motor vane pump can cool the oil and heat the hydraulic motor vane pump.At the same time,the main pump is pressurized and supplied with oil through the orifice centrifugal pump in the composite shaft.Compared with the oil pump motor group,non-oil-immersed air gap type hydraulic motor vane pump has smaller volume,lower noise and higher efficiency.In this paper,three-phase asynchronous motor is used in non-oil-immersed air gap type hydraulic motor vane pump.Based on the standard 7.5k W three-phase asynchronous motor,the design is improved.The axial length of the motor stator and rotor and the inner diameter of the rotor are changed.The main pump adopts the high-pressure vane pump core,which is connected by the hollow composite shaft.Based on the preliminary design and manufacturing,a non-oil-immersed air gap type hydraulic motor vane pump was developed.A test bench was built for the performance test of the pump.The parameters of non-oil-immersed air gap type hydraulic motor vane pump were collected by using the configuration test system,and compared with the motor oil pump group.After several modifications in design and trial production of the main components of non-oil-immersed air gap type hydraulic motor vane pump,the machining drawing of the components of non-oil-immersed air gap type hydraulic motor vane pump was finally determined,and the processing technology of the parts and the assembly process of non-oil-immersed air gap type hydraulic motor vane pump were determined.The configuration test system can monitor the working state of non-oil-immersed air gap type hydraulic motor vane pump in real time.The configuration test system takes PLC as the main body,collects data signals through sensors,and the upper computer uses Lab VIEW to view and record the data to obtain non-oil-immersed air gap type hydraulic motor vane pump The performance parameters of the oil immersed motor vane pump are compared with the motor oil pump group.The results show that the volume efficiency is increased by 9.8%,the total efficiency is increased by 11.2%,and the noise is reduced by more than 14 dB.
