The Application Of The Characteristics Of Tujia Dwellings In The Exhibition Space

With the continuous acceleration of China's urban development process in recent years,various exhibition halls,as new places for displaying comprehensive achievements,have mushroomed and prospered,gradually becoming windows for image display and platforms for cultural exchange and inheritance.Therefore,the design of exhibition space has not only stayed on the original isolated single building,but actually represents a new mode of communication,which is the convergence and integration of the natural environment,local conditions and humanities,historical evolution and development planning in a region.Tujia traditional dwellings,with its unique architectural style and rich national spirit connotation,clearly show the unique style and characteristics of ethnic minority areas,which is enlightening and significant for the creation of the atmosphere of modern display space and the expression of space characteristics.Therefore,this paper takes the characteristics of Tujia folk houses as the main research object,trying to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of Tujia folk houses and the display design,specifically in the cultural details,architectural forms,materials and techniques,color patterns and other aspects of form techniques.Finally,combined with the actual design application of Enshi Planning Hall renovation project,a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of how Tujia residential features can be better displayed in the modern display space design is made.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the main framework of the paper.The second chapter,through literature collection and investigation,makes an in-depth analysis of the definition of the relevant concepts of Tujia folk houses and their forming factors.The third chapter explores the connection between the characteristics of Tujia folk houses and the design of exhibition space withexamples.The fourth chapter analyzes the characteristics of Tujia folk houses one by one from five aspects,focusing on the specific application of folk house characteristics to modern design.The fifth chapter,combined with the specific implementation plan of residential features in Enshi City Planning Hall renovation project,provides reference and ideas for modern display design.Finally,a summary is made.The author hopes that through the research of this topic,the modern display design can better understand and make use of the tradition to develop new design ideas and methods in the field of modern display space design.
