With the continuous improvement of social and economic level,economic development has entered a new normal.In the context of the whole society carrying out structural reform,reducing costs has gradually become the focus of people's attention,but also one of the important contents of the reform.At this stage,with the increasing mileage of domestic highways,on the one hand,it shortens the time of people's appearance and reduces people's travel costs,but on the other hand,because the construction of highways needs to invest a lot of funds,and the period of economic benefits is very long,the gap between revenue and expenditure of high-speed roads is increasing year by year.In view of this situation,it is necessary for high-speed roads Enterprises carry out research,taking the operation cost management as the theoretical basis,in-depth study of the way to reduce costs.For the expressway,it has the characteristics of quasi public welfare,scale increase and capital intensive.Therefore,compared with the general road construction,it has certain particularity.Due to the special business cycle and business objectives,there are supply problems in the construction of high-speed kilometers.At this stage,the domestic highway construction companies do not have advanced cost management concepts,but also lack of management dedication,coupled with imperfect cost control and management,resulting in the construction of the road greatly exceeds the budget,and the cost of road maintenance in the later period also increases accordingly.Therefore,there are great problems in the construction of the highway at present.In this paper,Shandong high speed Group Co.,Ltd.will be taken as a case to conduct in-depth research.Starting from the current situation and Countermeasures of operation cost management of Shandong high speed group,through analyzing the specific situation of financial statements and operation cost management of Shandong high speed group,it is found that the operation cost management of Shandong high speed group is mainly characterized by high total operation cost and low labor output efficiency,from the cost information failure and the lack of a perfect cost assessment mechanism,the main reasons behind the problem are that the internal operation cost management system of Shandong high speed group is not perfect,the lack of relevant systems and the lack of long-term mechanism.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the operation cost management of Shandong high speed group,this paper puts forward that it is necessary to start with the construction of a perfect operation cost management system and the optimization of operation cost management,and start with the guarantee means of organization,system and talents,so as to improve the operation cost management level of Shandong high speed group and reduce the cost consumption of the group,So as to improve economic benefits.
