The medical expenses of Chinese hospitals are increasing at a high rate,and the logistics costs of hospitals account for a large part of the total costs.Therefore,optimizing the logistics functions of hospitals is of great significance for reducing hospital costs.Hospitals usually design the goods distribution system as a multi-level warehouse system.The central warehouse is responsible for receiving the goods provided by the supplier,and then sends them to the relevant departments through the distribution staff.In this paper,the work of the hospital's sanitary depot is studied,and the goals of improving efficiency and reducing costs are achieved through warehouse design,operator optimization,and distribution route design.First of all,the basic situation of the hospital's sanitary materials warehouse was investigated and the status of its work was analyzed.The function of the sanitary materials warehouse in D hospital is mainly to receive and temporarily store sanitary materials provided by the supplier,as well as provide a working place for distribution.The main problems of the sanitary materials warehouse include: long time for picking,low efficiency of checking in and out of the warehouse,risk of physical fatigue and injury to the delivery staff,poor site management,and unplanned distribution routes.Aiming at the problem of the hospital's sanitary materials warehouse,firstly,the warehouse design was carried out.According to the order data within a period of the sanitary materials warehouse,the EIQ analysis method is used for analysis.Based on the results of EQ,EN,IQ,and IK analysis,the idea of ABC classification is used to classify sanitary materials to determine the types of A suitable location inside the warehouse.According to the relationship between the various areas in the warehouse,consider the unimpeded logistics routes,and re-arrange the shelves in the warehouse.At the same time,the outbound storage process was improved,5S management was used on the site,and the shelves and storage spaces were numbered.Human factors analysis was performed on the typical distribution operation posture of the delivery staff by using Jack software.Then conduct a comprehensive complexity analysis and evaluation of the operation of the delivery staff in a certain shelf area.After analyzing the physical load status and information load status of the distribution operation,improvement measures are taken on the analysis results.After the improvement,the results of human factor evaluation and comprehensive complexity evaluation are prior to optimization.The Clarke-Wright algorithm is used to design the distribution route.Considering the delivery capacity constraints of the tools used for manual delivery,taking different delivery areas in the task of two delivery staffs as examples,the standard route design is performed separately,and the walking distance of people before and after the standard route is optimized and optimized,and the optimization effect of the route design is verified.
