At present,the energy crisis and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious.The state and local governments have successively introduced various policies to support and encourage the development of new energy vehicles.Electric vehicles have gradually entered people's lives.The electric vehicle adopts the transmission form of the drive motor assembled mechanical automatic transmission,which can reduce the requirements of the whole vehicle for the drive motor and the power battery;by identifying the vehicle quality and the road gradient,the method for correcting the shifting law of the electric vehicle is obtained,and the electric motor is improved.The power and economy of the car.This paper takes the electric vehicle automatic transmission system as the research platform,and improves the vehicle's self-adaptive ability to the driving environment.Based on the combination of theoretical deduction,simulation analysis and experimental verification,the electric vehicle power transmission system simulation platform is established.To predict the dynamics and economy of the vehicle;design the vehicle quality based on kinematics and dynamics,the road surface slope identification method and the vehicle quality and road grade identification method based on the two-stage nonlinear observer;In the field of electric vehicles,the correction method of automatic transmission shifting rules based on vehicle mass and road gradient is studied.At the same time,using dynamic analysis software Matlab/Simulink and multi-disciplinary complex system modeling and simulation platform AMESim,the vehicle model including electric vehicle,drive motor model,automatic transmission model,final drive model,driver model and driving environment were established.The electric vehicle comprehensive simulation platform including the model predicts the vehicle's dynamic performance and driving range performance before and after the gear position decision optimization.The control strategy is designed and written by Matlab/Simulink and Freescale CodeWarrior,and the CANape bus communication test tool of Vector is used for real-time monitoring.The accuracy of vehicle quality and road slope identification result and electric motor based on driving environment are adaptive.The actual effect of the car intelligent gear decision method is verified by road test.
