With the development of economic globalization,the process of urbanization is accelerating,and the number of commercial establishments is increasing.As the aesthetics of the public is constantly changing,people's awareness and demand for urban landscapes and environmental art are also significantly improved.From the perspective of the long-term development of urban commercial streets,public art has shown a diversified trend.Residents prefer to be in a space that is pleasant,interactive and full of freshness.As one of the important elements in the urban commercial street,public art has the advantages of active commercial space and human landscape environment.It has very important theoretical and practical value for shaping the new vitality of the city and displaying the new image of the city.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.It discusses the development background,purpose,significance and research dynamics of the full-text research,clarifies the content,methods and technical routes of the research,and introduces the innovation points.The second part explains the problems of public art application in the landscape design of urban commercial street in China through the analysis and definition of basic theory and related concepts.The third part is the focus of this paper.Through the analysis of basic theories and concepts,the application of public art in urban commercial street landscape design is explored.Including intervention methods,correlation,geographical methods and application principles,application methods,application strategies,etc.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,conclusions and prospects,summarizing the full text,and looking forward to the future prospects and trends of public art applications.Through the analysis and research of public art in the contemporary urban commercial street landscape,the paper finds the shortcomings and gives correction suggestions.Starting from the overall situation of urban design,the use of various forms of public art to shape the landscape of urban commercial streets,the landscape design with the concept of "public" as the way to express the characteristics of commercial streets,the public art as an important factor in thedesign of urban commercial street landscape And use the four methods of collection and induction,field investigation,comparative analysis,and case evidence to conduct research.The ultimate goal of public art in the design of urban commercial street landscape is not only to decorate and improve the space environment in the form of materialization,but mainly to use the art display method and emerging technology to preserve the cultural artistic conception of the city in the public heart.The construction of a high-quality commercial space environment will further promote the mutual promotion of public art and urban commercial street landscapes.This paper attempts to use the diverse forms of public art to reflect the urban themes of different cities and towns in the landscape design of different commercial streets,so that different city commercial streets can display a more distinct urban personality landscape.Enable people to deeply experience the commercial space,enhance the recognition of popular culture and the intimacy of the city.
