With the development of economy,super large-scale venue buildings have become an important carrier of cultural and entertainment activities,with more and more diversified building functions and higher demand for large space.As the main venue of 2022 Winter Olympic Games,National Speed Skating Oval not only the main venue for skating events during the games,but also an important venue for holding various competition activities and promoting ice and snow sports after the games.From the design point of view,relying on the project example,this paper studies the problems encountered in the project construction,provides theoretical support for the project design,and summarizes the experience to provide reference for similar projects.On the basis of relevant research results,this paper studies the selection process of roof structure,construction policy analysis and other issues of National Speed Skating Oval project,and the main contents are as follows:1.By consulting relevant engineering data,the characteristics of different structures were summarized.Combined with the previous engineering experience and trial calculation,starting from structure dimension,building cost of project,construction difficulty,construction period and other aspects,from the perspective of concept design,the selection of the roof structure was discussed about.The study showed that the tension structure could give full play to the performance of the material and was the most efficient structural arrangement solution for large-span spatial structures.2.The cable network has a flexible structure.To control the overall displacement of the structure more accurately and ensure the form of the cable network,the construction scheme of loading before tension and restriction by the curtain-wall cable in the whole process was proposed.With the ANSYS finite element software and the initial strain method,the simulated analysis was made on the construction scheme of the saddle-shaped cable network.The results showed that in the construction scheme of preloading before tension the deviation of cable force was within 10%,which met the requirement of engineering precision.Because the tension control force and the initial state force of the structure correspond,it is convenient for process monitoring.The curtain-wall cable can participate in the stress in the whole process,help to improve the stability of the ring truss in the stage of construction,and provide indirect reference for construction monitoring.3.The analysis and co MParison were made on three tension schemes.The analysis shows that the stable cable with few single simultaneous tensions can increase the amplitude of variation of cable force but it can reduce the influence of construction period and components on each other and avoid the over tensioning.Therefore,it is suggested to use the construction scheme of simultaneous tension.4.Through the model test and the field monitoring,the coMParison was made with the theoretical calculation,and the influence of sensitive components and construction sequence in the process of construction was further analyzed.By co MParison it is found that the curtain-wall cable is sensitive to the deformation of ring truss,the continuous monitoring and adjustment are required in the construction,the sequence of preloading has obvious influence on the tension process,and the preloading can make the rigidity form more uniformly in the process of construction and the change of inner stress stable.
